The Website presents the venues of the A Place ApArt network (Apart Club House, Apart Suite, Apart Loft) and how they can be used for events, meetings, productions and stays. The content is for general information only.
We make every effort to keep the information accurate and up to date. However, descriptions, photographs, floor plans, capacities and equipment are indicative and may change without notice. Availability, prices and exact specifications of a venue are valid only once we have confirmed them to you in writing.
Submitting a contact form or an enquiry through the Website is a request for information or a quotation. It is not a booking and does not bind either party.
A booking is only completed with a separate written agreement or confirmation from us. That agreement sets out the terms of the specific booking, such as fee, deposit, payment method, cancellations, hours and house rules. If there is any conflict, the terms of the written agreement prevail over these Terms of Use.
All content on the Website is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. This includes texts, photographs, videos, floor plans, graphics, logos, the name and mark “A Place ApArt” and the design of the Website. It belongs to A Place ApArt or to third parties who have granted us the right to use it, such as the photographers credited on the Website.
The artworks displayed in our venues and shown in our photographs belong to their creators.
You may not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute or commercially use any content without our prior written permission. You may share links to pages of the Website.

The Website is provided “as is”. We make every reasonable effort to keep it working properly. However, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites and services, such as Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps. We do not control their content, operation or privacy practices and are not responsible for them. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.
