A 300sqm conversion in the quiet district between Ambelokipoi and Nea Filothei.
We stripped back a former restaurant to its structural bones —concrete, iron, and light— and filled it with a curated collection of art and vintage design, as well as all the infrastructure expected in anup to date venue.

The Club House
Defined by a dramatic 6-meter triple-glazed soundproof façade that opens onto a shaded porch. The
ground floor balances the warmth of a private lounge with the stainless-steel precision of an open kitchen.
Decorated in a Gentleman’s Club fashion and hosting a rich collection of original art works, it features
multiple elegant seating areas, a central fireplace, and a professional kitchen.
The Kitchen: A fully equipped, professional-grade culinary station suitable for guest chefs and catering
teams.
The Tech: Adaptive lighting, presentation infra, and acoustic treatment.
Capacity: Configurable for seated dinners (40 pax) or any combination of standing receptions,
presentations, cocktail or lounge arrangements.

Floating above the main hall, this 50sqm mezzanine offers a vantage point of the event below while
maintaining total privacy. Designed as an executive lounge, breakout room, or master bedroom
Interiors: Vintage desk, velvet seating, and a marble-clad en-suite bathroom.
Function: Perfect for board meetings, private interviews, or a quiet retreat during larger events. Doubling
as the Club’s main bedroom.
