HOW IT ALL STARTED

Alex Bolotas, a jewelry trader by profession, has always been fascinated by the potential transformational power of neglected or unused urban spaces.

His first project, back in 2003, was the creation of an office cum showroom at a fourth floor space that was housing an abandoned garment warehouse, at Praxitelous Street.

That space was remodeled again in 2016, named ApArt Suite and was placed in the market as luxury suite, rentable for both residential or event use.

Three years later, ApArt Loft followed on the fifth floor of the same building, following the same philosophy. A light filled, city view loft emerged out of three old offices that were united and totally remodeled.

In 2021, Alex rented an abandoned restaurant at the residential neighborhood of Ampelokipoi and persuaded twenty of his best friends to join in formatting the Vintage Boys Club. A DIY project, that produced a welcoming club house, decorated and equipped with exclusively second hand items. The club featured a service corner for motorcycles, a billiard table, sofas by the fireplace and an amateur kitchen.

Three years, many parties and hundreds of bottles of wine later...

The restaurant was put up for sale and Alex decided he couldn’t part from it. So he bought it and started a 2 year total refurbishing project that produced the ApArt Club House.

Here we are now

Faithful to the original club project, the Club can house, in absolute efficiency, a professional corporate meeting, a rock party or a gastronomic seated dinner.

Vintage furniture and objects, still offer the distinctive decoration theme but they are now combined with great art and state of the art equipment, including a professional kitchen, a wine cave for 1000+ bottles, high end sound proofing, sound and lighting systems, sleeping accommodation for up to six persons, and much more.
