A former block of offices turned into a 170sqm downtown venue / residence that blurs the line between a gallery and a home.

Open plan layout, flooded with natural light from a 15-meter window frontage with city views, the Suite is defined by its eclectic collection of original artworks, mid-century design, and a classic piano. It doesn’t feel like a venue; it feels like a private sanctuary.

Parted via a glass to ceiling glass wall, the space can be either unify and transparent or separated.

Switching between venue mode or residence mode is fast and effortless. Three sitting areas, dinning / meeting table, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, guest WC, cloakroom and kitchen can easily accommodate every mode of use.
