Apart Suite – Event venue & stay in central Athens
A former block of offices turned into a 170sqm downtown venue / residence that blurs the line between a gallery and a home.
Open plan layout, flooded with natural light from a 15-meter window frontage with city views, the Suite is defined by its eclectic collection of original artworks, mid-century design, and a classic piano. It doesn’t feel like a venue; it feels like a private sanctuary.
Parted via a glass to ceiling glass wall, the space can be either unify and transparent or separated.
Switching between venue mode or residence mode is fast and effortless. Three sitting areas, dinning / meeting table, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, guest WC, cloakroom and kitchen can easily accommodate every mode of use.
The Features
The Layout: An open-plan footprint that adapts from a residential loft (sleeping 2-4) to a cocktail venue for 50.
Interiors: Design sofas and central meeting or dinner table, marble-set kitchen and bathrooms, industrial concrete, and sheer glass.
Tech & Entertainment: Hi Fi sound system, retrievable screen with HD projector, big smart TV.
Capacity: Ideal for board meetings (20 pax), training (40 pax), showrooms, private dinners or enjoyable stays for up to four persons.
The Atmosphere: Colorful, intellectual, and relaxed. Located in the absolute center of the commercial triangle.
Connectivity: Equidistant from Panepistimio, Syntagma, Monastiraki, and Omonoia stations.
Neighborhood: Walking distance to major ministries, bank headquarters, and the historic center.
Access: Parking and taxi stations within 100 meters.
